Today, that website is World’s Healthiest Foods, or WHFoods.com. This is a great site to find out detailed health benefits of various foods you might be interested in eating.
I’ve been there recently checking out black beans (my family LOVES black beans – we eat them regularly, in all sorts of delicious recipes – so I was really glad to find out that they’re so very nutritious) and ginger (the fresh ginger I’ve used in several recipes the past few weeks tasted so good that I decided to see if it had anything going for it besides incredible flavor).
