After a long and fruitless attempt to figure out how I could go more raw, and get most of the benefits of going mostly raw, but still manage to feed my family (in a way they would like to be fed) AND not spend crazy amounts of time doing it, I think that I’ve found a book that describes going (mostly) raw in a way that can work for me.
