In a few of your posts you mention cleanses and detoxes that you have done, would you be willing to do a post on the ones that you recommend? There are an incredible number out there, so reading about some that someone has actually done and liked/seen success with would be very helpful in narrowing down options.
I am very much enjoying your site, sorry if I’m a tad overzealous and commenting too much. I’m at a point in my life where something has to change with my health (overweight nurse with health issues, extensive family history of health issues, and looking to start a family), so when I stumbled across your site at just the right moment it was very exciting for me.
